Jadelynne M. Foley: President/CEO

Jade Foley has both the desire and the knowledge to become the best home builder in Central New York. She boasts 10 years of experience in running a construction office, in accounting, billing, invoicing, marketing and supervisory capacities. Jade has handled everything from the purchase of land and building permits to warranty procedures and house closings. She is devoted to providing her customers the best possible service.

Randy S. Foley: Sr. Project Manager

The former president of NorEaster Custom Homes, Randy Foley holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting and Design and a Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. He has certifications in solar installations, onsite waste water systems, and geo-thermal heating and cooling. Randy is a master carpenter with 24 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.

George G. Foley: Construction Manager

George Foley has worked with Foley Builders/NorEaster/Foley Brothers for 12 years. He oversees all carpenters on each job, orders materials, and tracks budget costs for each project. George has 27 years of experience in building and remodeling residential homes, and 10 years of experience in commercial framing and drywall.
